We offer a 30 day return policy from the date we ship your order for orders that have received a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us to arrange for your RA prior to
returning any items. We regret shipping and handling charges
are non-refundable. In order to process your return, we will need the order number from your
invoice and we ask that a copy of this invoice be sent with your returned merchandise.
Products returned must be in resalable condition without damage or alteration and must be in their original clear plastic packaging with the card insert. Washed or laundered items will not be accepted. Items requiring reconditioning or repackaging may require a 50% restocking fee which will be deducted from the amount of the return refund.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and then issue a refund if these terms have been met. Items returned that do not meet these criteria may either be abandoned or returned at customer's request and expense. Every effort will be made to contact you by our Returns Department to determine the best course of action.
If applicable and approved by our Returns Department prior to returning, exchanges for a different product may be arranged. However, shipping charges for this exchange will be billed, therefore a valid credit card will need to be given upon this approval. We will process and ship your exchange upon receiving and inspecting the returned product.
If a product has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately as it may be necessary for the shipper to inspect it for insurance claims reasons. Damaged items will be replaced with the same item after a picture of the damaged item has been emailed to our Returns Department. We may require that the item be returned prior to exchange. If an item cannot be replaced due to unavailability, then we will refund your purchase.
